200 grammes organic tomato puree best quality you can find

200ml Apple cidre vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic puree

200ml water

cane sugar or Stevia to taste

Tabasco to taste

Mix all ingredients, heat gently to dissolve the sugar, allow to cool and store in fridge in air tight jar!
